Steve Griego has been the President of Distribution Management Corporation (DMC) since its founding over 21 years ago. He holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of New Mexico, as well as an advanced degree from the Banking Program at the University of Wisconsin. Prior to starting Distribution Management Corporation, Steve spent ten years as the Vice-President of the Operational Division of a Regional Financial Institution. His leadership of DMC has grown the business into the Southwest’s leading provider of comprehensive shipping and logistics solutions.

Charlene Hernandez is the Vice-President of Distribution Management Corporation and Business Development Relationship Manager for New Mexico and Colorado. Charlene joined DMC over 20 years ago and has an extensive background in transportation, customer service and marketing. Her experience includes a history with direct and indirect sales in the insurance industry. In addition to her formal education, she has also attended various leadership, management, and writing Continuing Education Development Workshops and courses throughout her working career.

Dave McCleery is the Regional Manager for Distribution Management Corporation and oversees operations and business development in Utah, Northern Nevada and Colorado. He manages and monitors the efficiencies of area operations while meeting customer service demands. He has more than 20 years of experience in delivery and logistics, and his in depth knowledge of the various methods of transportation are consistently useful tools in exceeding customer expectations.

Robert Mazer has been working with Distribution Management Corporation since February 1999. He is currently working with the Business Development Department coordinating and conducting sales and marketing. Mazer has 32 years of previous work experience in transportation and logistics as well as an additional 12 years of experience as an owner of a local transportation company in Phoenix. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Arizona State University in 1975.
