Summary

The overriding responsibilities of this position are safety, security, regulatory compliance, and contractual compliance. This position develops and implements the organization‚s risk management curriculum in a manner that fulfills the mission and strategic goals of the organization while complying with state and federal laws related to safety, loss control, and compliance. Refines the company audits, facilities security and procedures, safety and training, contract compliance, and insurance liabilities for the company and its affiliates. Manages and maintains the internal independent contractor processes.

* Determines opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.

* Writes clear, precise, well organized e-mails, memos, letters, and correspondence while using appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and word usage.

Skills/Requirements

Fourth year college or university program certificate or equivalent experience in one or more of the following fields: risk management, quality improvement, or insurance claims investigation and settlement. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Office. It is imperative to possess a clear understanding of the importance of business accuracy and the ability to meet long-term as well as short-notice deadlines. It is important to utilize all resources available and the ability to research for information. Motivation, punctuality, attention to detail and impeccable follow-through is essential for this position.
